What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly accountable and detail-oriented Treasury, Banking Operations & Fixed Assets Specialist to manage end-to-end banking relationships, treasury operations, fixed asset governance, and buildout financial controls. The role demands strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, and hands-on expertise in banking processes, asset management, and project financial tracking. The ideal candidate should be able to drive process efficiency, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate and timely reporting to leadership.
Treasury Management Treasury & Banking Operations: Strong expertise in managing bank relationships, BG issuance/amendments, IDPMS compliance, cash management, KYC, quarterly reporting, and resolution of payment, remittance, and FIRC-related issues.
Fixed Asset management Proven ability to oversee multi-location physical verification, FAR maintenance, asset tagging, discrepancy resolution, historical document review, and end-to-end audit support.
Buildout & CAPEX Controls: Skilled in tracking budget vs actuals, vendor-level PO/contract monitoring, cashflow projection, CWIP reconciliation, BOQ vs invoice closure, and delivering accurate final project cost reports.
Monthly Closing Responsible for smooth and timely month closing activities of company. Co-ordinate with various users for collecting the required schedules relating to treasury & fixed assets. Preparation of monthly variance analysis of trial balance and ensure all schedules are prepared and reviewed correctly.
Audit Responsible for providing required schedules for treasury and fixed assets during statutory and tax audit. Will also be responsible for preparation of notes to accounts. Co-ordinate with various users for collecting the required schedules and information for Audit. Prepare variance analysis for profit and loss and balance sheet schedules. Also, will be responsible for maintaining the IFC control evidence.
Other Responsibilities Work on operational effectiveness which includes identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of the function. Ensure that local practices comply with BCG policies and local requirements. Enhance internal controls, continuously seeking to reengineer local business processes to obtain efficiencies and reduce costs. Play a proactive role in identifying and addressing areas for improvement to the local accounting processes to gain efficiencies, which is inclusive of but not limited to assisting with local development and implementation of financial applications.
What You'll Bring
MBA / M.com graduate with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in desktop applications and SAP financial systems
Must have worked extensively on Windows OS and has very good hands-on experience in MS Excel and MSWord
Should have experience of working in an MNC environment, especially in the core areas of work described above.
Should have the personality and drive to be able to interact across functions and levels to be able to carry out his/her job responsibilities.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal are important. More than that ability to articulate his/her point across to the other person effectively and efficiently.
