ROLE :

This is a hands-on HR Head / Site HR Leader in a fast-growing electronics factory. You will have:

1) Full responsibility for all the HR across the Indian office

2) Implement best -practice in terms of human resources policies, systems, and procedures at the factory

DUTIES

• Team management : You will manage a team of up to 20 junior staff
• Liaise with Production Managers , Operational Head and the Line Supervisors
• Review headcount vs production demand
• Check that there are enough workers on shifts/Overtime levels/check for labour shortages
• Liaise with China HQ: Report on Headcount/Hiring progress/Attrition rates/Labour costs
• Ensure HR processes are compliant : check that hiring and employment conditions are compliant to local Indian law
• Recruitment : You will oversee high volume hiring of operatives and technicians and create bulk recruitment programmes
• Create monitor and improve Attendance systems/ payroll structures and create performance frameworks to keep staff motivated and engaged

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree
• 9 Years in HR
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Familiar with Indian local human resources management processes and laws and regulations
• Manufacturing background
