About Team

The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Seas 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.

The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee.

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For

Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with:

• A recognised Bachelors degree from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials in any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of 31st October 2025).
• Excellent communication skills

*Note: You should have completed or be on track to complete your degree no later than June 2026, and are able to join us full-time by July 2026.
