Job Overview

Looking for candidates passionate about capital markets to support the development of innovative indices across equity, fixed income, and other asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and backtest index strategies (smart beta, thematic, factor-based)
• Define index methodologies and selection criteria
• Conduct market research and analyze global trends
• Engage with market participants (AMCs, exchanges, etc.)
• Prepare research reports, white papers, and index analysis
• Collaborate with tech teams on index platforms

Requirements

• MBA / CA / CFA (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in financial markets and indices
• SQL/Python knowledge is a plus
