Graphic Design Operator – Adobe InDesign

Experience: 1–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Operator with hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formatting, editing, and preparing multilingual documents while maintaining high-quality design standards.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about desktop publishing, document formatting, and graphic layout design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify layouts using Adobe InDesign.
• Format multilingual documents while maintaining layout consistency.
• Ensure proper text flow, fonts, spacing, alignment, and image placement.
• Edit and update existing artwork based on client requirements.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files.
• Perform quality checks before final delivery.
• Work closely with Project Managers, QA, and Localization teams.
• Follow client style guides, templates, and branding guidelines.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Adobe InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of page layout and document formatting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP).
• Knowledge of multilingual typesetting.
• Understanding of print production and PDF workflows.
• Exposure to localization projects.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

Qualification

• Any Graduate.
• Diploma or Certification in Graphic Design is an added advantage.
