About Us

Contextine Software is a B2B SaaS company building enterprise workflow software across nvestigation & Case Management, and Audit Management and Complaint Management. We've successfully completed two consecutive years of SOC 2 Type II certification and are now looking to further strengthen and refine our compliance posture as we scale.

The Opportunity

We're looking to engage an experienced, independent SOC 2 security consultant on a contract basis to work closely with our internal team in a hands-on capacity. This is a pure consulting engagement.

Engagement Type: Contract (Part-Time or Full-Time — flexible based on mutual availability)

Work Mode: Remote or On-Site (Pune, India) — open to both

Duration: Project-based, through the current certification cycle

Scope of Work

→ Gap assessment against current SOC 2 Type II requirements

→ Internal audit support and readiness review

→ End-to-end coordination with our external auditor through certification

→ Hands-on guidance to challenge and elevate our existing compliance processes

What We're Looking For

→ Deep, practical experience with SOC 2 Type II engagements — not theoretical, but battle-tested

→ Prior experience working with SaaS or technology companies

→ Ability to independently assess gaps, recommend remediation, and guide internal teams

→ Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style

→ Experience coordinating with external audit firms through the certification lifecycle

Good to Have:

→ Familiarity with Trust Services Criteria (Security, Availability, Confidentiality, etc.)

→ Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

→ Experience working with Indian SaaS companies or GCC environments
