About the Opportunity

We are an established real estate development firm executing high-growth residential and commercial projects in prime micro-markets. We are currently empaneling high-caliber Independent Distribution Partners, and Wealth Affiliates to distribute our asset-backed, Secured Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD).

This is a Success Fee-based, remote partnership designed for independent professionals who want to offer their clients a high-yield, secure alternative to volatile equity and low-yield traditional fixed deposits.

What You Will Do

Direct Distribution: Leverage your existing client base of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), affluent retail investors, and neo-wealth builders to mobilize capital into our secured NCD program.

End-to-End Client Onboarding: Act as the direct touchpoint for your clients, presenting our underlying real estate valuations, security structures, and collateral backing, and facilitating their onboarding.

Who We Are Looking For

We are strictly looking for individuals who are already operating as independent channel partners or wealth distributors in the PropTech, WealthTech, or fractional real estate spaces.

The Ideal Background: You are an independent financial advisor (IFA), wealth manager, or investment affiliate who has successfully closed capital or worked closely with platforms in Alternative Real Estate, Fractional Realestate.

No Agency/Team Aggregators: You operate independently and pitch directly to your client book—you do not manage sub-agents or third-party networks.

Niche Expertise: You understand how to market structured debt. You know the exact pain points of a investor and can articulately explain asset-backed security, trusteeship, and IRR timelines.
