GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
IND Testing Coordinator II is responsible for IAT test plan creation & execution, UAT walkthrough & coordination, documenting ongoing operations processes, implementation reporting and production of vendor, payroll and client reports during first month of go-live. Analyse and assign defects, daily report-out during IAT & UAT. Conducting Service Centre and Admin trainings. Managing small Renewal projects and client management during initial phase of stabilization phase. Should be able to manage large volume of clients on regional/Global level. Should be able to mentor TC1 role people so they can deliver quality output in client UATs.
