We are seeking an experienced IND Manager - Health - System Delivery to oversee and enhance our health delivery initiatives in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects that aim to improve health systems, ensuring effective implementation, and achieving desired health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage health system delivery projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of health programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of health delivery systems.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with health system delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in health system delivery or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using relevant software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of health policies, regulations, and best practices in system delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
