The Zscaler Lead is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and technical leadership across the enterprise Zscaler platform while supporting strategic network transformation initiatives within DWE.

The role partners closely with Engineering, Project teams, service providers, and vendors to support technology planning, solution validation, implementation coordination, and continuous modernization of enterprise network services.

What the day will look like

• Act as the DWE subject matter expert for the Zscaler platform, supporting platform planning, solution validation, and technology enhancements.
• Support the successful delivery of the M&A transition through technical planning, implementation coordination, operational readiness, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support Enterprise Network modernization initiatives, including planning and coordination of:
  • New client and vendor connectivity requirements.
  • Core Network/NPH changes supporting optimization and modernization.
  • Network lifecycle activities associated with the recently insourced Verizon-managed environment.
• Provide technical guidance during solution reviews, design discussions, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project teams, vendors, and managed service partners to support successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, service improvements, and platform optimization opportunities.
• Support governance activities related to technology changes, implementation planning, and technical risk assessment.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge assets supporting enterprise network services.
• Provide technical expertise during complex production events requiring cross-functional coordination and timely service restoration.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise network transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with global engineering, project, and managed service teams.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large global enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting network modernization or transformation programs.
• Experience working with outsourced delivery partners.
• Understanding of enterprise connectivity and cloud networking architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
