The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing technical expertise or subject matter expertise (SME) to support Payroll team and the overall Business Area.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Being the key contact for Administration teams with regards to Payroll knowledge.
- Carrying out impact analysis required as part of legislative changes -Updating and documenting any process changes
- Identifying knowledge gaps, developing training to address and supporting training across teams
- Using SME/technical expertise to overcome complex challenges and non-standard situations
- Participating in internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Identifying potential process improvements and working with managers to roll out to teams
- Being a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting managers.
- Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs
- Performing additional tasks as requested by your manager.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- At least 2 years of experience in Payroll Team
- Team player, who is able to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
- English on C1 level.
- Advanced MS Office.
