General description of role:

Support the Rx Solutions organization by producing standardized pharmacy analytics, reporting, and ROI insights using centralized data sources, automated reporting tools, and nationally aligned templates. Operating within a centralized delivery model, this role executes recurring and ad‑hoc analytics requests related to pharmacy claims, rebates, eligibility, and program performance, enabling consulting and pharmacy teams to focus on strategic interpretation and client relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES(List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role):

Produce standardized Rx analytics deliverables, including recurring and ad‑hoc reports that support pharmacy consulting, pharmacists, and client success teams.

The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external clients by:

Operates as part of team under supervision of Project Lead/Ops Manager

Support core pharmacy reporting outputs such as:

  • Flash Reports
  • Rx Trend Dynamics (RTD)
  • Rebate forecasting and analysis
  • Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, repeatable, and aligned to nationally agreed formats.

Support intake of pharmacy claims, rebate, and eligibility data through:

  • Vendor file feeds and data extracts
  • Centralized data lake and downstream analytics tools (e.g., Power BI-based reporting)
  • Perform data validation and reasonableness checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with client and consulting expectations.
  • Assist with resolving data quality issues related to paid vs. incurred claims, eligibility discrepancies, and invoice variances by following documented escalation and governance processes.

Execute analytics workflows using standardized queries, templates, and automated reporting processes to minimize manual intervention by consulting teams.

Support ongoing optimization initiatives aimed at:

  • Reducing manual reporting effort
  • Increasing scalability of Rx analytics
  • Improving consistency across clients and regions

Support ad‑hoc analytics requests routed from consulting teams, including:

  • Rebate analysis
  • Claims or eligibility deep dives
  • Financial savings validation

Education & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent analytical experience preferred (analytics, finance, data, pharmacy, or related field).
  • Prior experience with pharmacy analytics, healthcare claims data, or benefits analytics preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large pharmacy claims and rebate datasets.
  • High attention to detail and experience validating data across multiple sources and formats.
  • Experience producing standardized analytics and reporting outputs (Excel, BI tools, or similar).
  • Ability to manage recurring reporting cycles alongside ad‑hoc analytics requests.
  • Comfort working in an environment transitioning from manual processes to automation and centralized analytics.
