GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Analyst II will play a key role in supporting Sales Enablement and Marketing as an Oracle CRM Specialist, ensuring seamless system operations and maintaining data integrity. This position demands a proactive approach to data quality management, technical issue resolution, and effective project execution. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating them into CRM terminology, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assisting users in leveraging CRM data to drive business growth. The Consultant will also provide guidance to optimize system utilization and address user requirements or application-related issues through case management, delivering timely and efficient support for business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong experience across multiple CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in CRM objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, and Activities.
  • Proficient in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards, custom visuals, and connecting to various data sources (CRM systems, Excel, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in pivot tables, Power Pivot, and complex formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUP).
  • Skilled in data visualization using charts and conditional formatting.
  • Ability to automate reporting through macros and VBA.
  • Experienced in extracting, cleaning, and transforming CRM data for reporting purposes.
  • Knowledgeable in customer segmentation and sales pipeline analysis.
  • Capable of converting raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of critical metrics related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement..
  • Adept at identifying data inconsistencies and resolving reporting issues.
  • Ability to optimize dashboards for speed and accuracy.
  • Skilled in presenting insights clearly to stakeholders and creating storytelling dashboards that highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business-specific CRM capabilities.
  • Ensures timely resolution of CRM cases within agreed service levels through prioritization and follow-up.
  • Handles all CRM functions, including user profile maintenance, security roles, workflows, and routine tasks.
  • Assist in user training and provide guidance to enhance CRM proficiency across the organization.
  • Establish and document processes to support all responsibilities.
  • Deliver day-to-day CRM functionality and end-user support aligned with Aon Global Standards.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations, documentation, training, and updates on CRM protocols.
  • Implements structured steps for documenting, communicating, and testing functionality releases from sandbox to production environments..
  • Maintain and improve system access for all users and roles.
  • Collaborate with the CRM development team to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding project status and delivery timelines.
  • Support data quality and data management initiatives.
