INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS:

Digital marketing (COE) team supports Aon business units across geographies with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support and operational support to client delivery. Its mission is to provide Aon sales, marketing and strategy teams with the information, analysis and insight necessary to make informed decisions across business development, client delivery and strategy

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

This person is a key member of Aon's Global Digital Marketing function, supporting the Eloqua Global Support Team to deliver high-quality digital engagement and email marketing programs across regions (US, EMEA, APAC, etc.). This role focuses on creating, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns using Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms, leveraging approved content and templates to drive client and prospect engagement.

Working closely with regional marketing stakeholders and business leaders, the Consultant I will translate campaign requirements into accurate, timely execution monitor and report on performance and recommend improvements based on data and email best practices. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid technical capability in marketing automation tools, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of digital campaigns within Aon's global digital marketing ecosystem

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute online marketing campaigns using Eloqua, including setup and distribution of emails, forms, and web pages to targeted contacts.
• Provide recommendations to campaign owners for optimizing content, applying best practices in email marketing.
• Coordinate with business unit leaders and marketing liaisons to gather requirements and deliver reports.
• Communicate with clients to understand campaign specifications and objectives, ensuring timely execution.
• Track and evaluate campaign results, sharing performance reports with campaign requestors.
• Conduct weekly update calls with sponsors, providing progress updates.
• Generate innovative ideas to improve campaign processes and outcomes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of deliverables and team responsibilities.
• Oversee team output and quality, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Technical Skills:
  Strong Eloqua experience preferred advanced experience in a comparable enterprise MA platform (Marketo, SFMC, HubSpot, Pardot) will also be considered.
  Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
  Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
