Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and rebuild multilingual production-ready artwork files for various pack sizes based on brand guidelines and approved templates, ensuring consistency across all product ranges.
  • Produce technically correct, print-ready mechanical files.
  • Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative materials and copy, select type style and size, and arrange layouts based on available space, design, and production requirements.
  • Prepare electronic proofs of finished artwork for both internal and external approval.
  • Work on and complete multiple orders and projects within allotted timeframes throughout the day.
  • Regularly interact with designers and other team members to complete assigned projects.
  • Manage the execution of work to ensure creative projects are completed on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Years of Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in artwork production or a related field.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Diploma in Design.

Skill Set Required:

Primary Skills (must have):

  • Strong portfolio of well-produced work showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Ability to create tight, problem-free mechanicals ready for print.
  • Highly proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), MS Office, and other applicable programs on the Macintosh platform.
  • Extreme attention to detail, demonstrating a quality performance rate of no less than 90% Right First Time (RFT).
  • Understanding of die lines and mechanical specifications for a broad range of product packaging.
  • Proficient knowledge of prepress and printing standards, including Litho and Flexo.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand instructions to execute work.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility during high-volume periods, including working longer hours when necessary.

Secondary Skills (desired):

  • Solid understanding of standard weights & measures requirements.
