Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurers through email, Microsoft Teams calls, and personal visits to understand and track the status of commission payouts.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external insurer counterparts to resolve discrepancies related to commission and policy transactions.
- Reconcile multiple sets of databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of commission and policy-related records.
- Monitor policy activities and commission changes to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of follow-ups, reconciliations, and communications.
- Represent Aon professionally when communicating with insurers, embodying Aon values in every form of interaction and engagement.
Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role involving commission tracking, policy reconciliation, or insurance-related financial operations is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of insurance policy transactions and associated financial processes.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and work with multiple data sources.
- Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to effectively liaise with insurers and internal collaborators.
- Professional demeanor and ability to manage external relationships while upholding Aon's standards and values.
