Position Summary...

About Team:

As an Ad Operations specialist, you will contribute towards monitoring, troubleshooting towards the issues/bugs in WMC Owned and Operated platforms are working as intended.

You will contribute and correct respond insights to ensure correct solution share towards with Policy and other issues related to platform as intended as well as to prevent bad customer experience by displaying right ads to the audience. Understand all the client's goals and objectives and ensure ads/pages are setup to achieve these goals. Be the subject matter experts in ad serving platform/tools and work to continually perfect the platform usage and provide up to date best practices.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage day-to-day assigned support cases and troubleshoot the escalation tickets/urgent issues within TAT.
  • Work closely with internal teams and advertisers to guarantee client satisfaction and quick problem solving.
  • Manage day-to-day Queue and support cases, keep update the SOP's and process updates.
  • Maintain the 100% SLA and Quality without fail.
  • Deliver exact and correct solutions to customers for their support queries.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices related to team and project.
  • Troubleshoot various UI issues & Seller/suppliers queries & problems.
  • Provide Ideation and implement process excellence.
  • Build good relationships by collaborating with internal team, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering team, and ad policy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues that arise.

What You'll Bring

  • B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or another equivalent stream
  • Candidate with excellent articulation and communication skill set.
  • 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations domain
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts, including PST hours.
  • Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms, and tools with hands on working experience.
  • Hands on knowledge on at-least one ads tool Google Ad Manager, Google Ad words, Tradedesk, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads
  • Hands on knowledge and experience in Ad operation support, problem solving skill.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate creative ideas and recommended to clients and internal stakeholder.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management from campaign scheduling to ensuring smooth delivery of assets and media, meeting, and surpassing advertisers expectations.
  • Experience in queue management and ticket assignments.
  • Ad operations support/technical support experience.
  • Ad policy
