Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to oversee and guide the development of cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of backend technology Node.js/.NET coupled with robust frontend expertise in React / Angular. As a Tech Lead/Asso. Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Drive technical decisions and provide architecture guidance to the team.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and implementing best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve business processes.
Skills And Qualifications
- Backend Expertise : Proficiency in Node.js/.NET
- Frontend Expertise : Strong experience in React/Angular.
- Extensive experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Prior experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
