Incubation Program Manager

Company Description K12 Activity Academy is a global internship platform that enables learners aged 13 to 21 to gain experiential learning across diverse enterprises. We run incubator management programs for academic incubators in India.

Role Description The Incubation Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing student incubation and internship programs. This position involves travelling and coordinating with colleges, and partner enterprises to identify opportunities, structure program timelines, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes. The role includes overseeing student onboarding, guiding project and internship activities, tracking progress, and resolving operational issues. The Incubation Program Manager will collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders to refine program offerings, collect feedback, and report on performance metrics. The role also entails organizing workshops, mentorship sessions, and events that support student skill development and engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Incubator program management, incubation initiatives.
• Last employment in an incubator
• Experience onboarding online mentors and scheduling and coordinating cohorts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with colleges, and corporate partners.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for engaging learners and mentors.
• Ability to plan, organize, and track multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for program coordination, reporting, and collaboration.
• Incubator experience is a must.
