Role & Responsibilities
- Design, launch and operate end-to-end remote incubation and accelerator programs tailored for early-stage technology startups.
- Scout, screen and evaluate startup applicants; lead selection processes and run structured due-diligence to curate a high-quality cohort.
- Mentor founders on product-market fit, business model validation, go-to-market planning and investor readiness through 1:1 coaching and cohort workshops.
- Build and manage relationships with investors, corporates, service partners and subject-matter mentors to create value for portfolio companies.
- Define program KPIs, track cohort progress, manage portfolio reporting, and iterate program content based on metrics and founder feedback.
- Coordinate virtual events, demo days and investor introductions; manage program budgets, timelines and operational logistics.
