What role will you play
In this role, you will lead a collaborative team and manage end-to-end incident and issue management across Macquarie Asset Management globally.
You will also be responsible for developing our incident and issue management processes, including monitoring, assurance, and reporting. This involves driving automation and managing data quality and integrity through checks and validations.
What You Offer
- Relevant experience in areas such as Operational Risk, Internal or External Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Assurance
- Background in analytics and/or data management is highly desirable. Proficient in data visualisation tools, data analysis tools and scripting languages such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, R, VBA, and Python
- Experience in managing one or more direct reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with global stakeholders
