Job Location: Kolkata , Bangalore, Chennai

Experience required : 8-10 yrs

Required Technical Skill Set

Proficient in Incident Management & Monitoring Tools, Basic knowledge of IT landscape infrastructure, networks, and computing. Excellent Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Leadership.

Must-Have

  • ITIL Foundation Certification; Experience in Handling Major Incident Bridges
  • Basic Knowledge of IT Landscape
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Open to 24/7 shift

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge about all the ITSM process
  • Experience in ServiceNow Tool

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Handle incidents, Major Incidents and Problems on a regular basis

2Identifying and classifying incidents based on severity and impact on the business.

3Leading incident response teams and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.

4Coordinating the response to incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on services

5Working closely with technical teams to understand and resolve incidents

6Communicating effectively with stakeholders about incident status, impact, and resolution progress

7Documenting incidents and their resolutions to facilitate future improvements.

8Escalating incidents to higher levels of management or external vendors when necessary.

9Managing the life cycle of all incidents from identification to resolution

10Conducting post-incident reviews to identify root causes and develop recommendations for prevention

11Analyzing incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement

The role requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management processes, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
