Collect suggestion from various forums and consolidate
Coordinate for review of suggestions by steering committee members
Communicate to concerned person for implementing the feasible suggestions
Identify the best implemeted susggestion based on criteria as per TEI manual
Carry out revisision as per review with Section Head in CI Manual
Kaizen
Collect and consolidate Kaizens from all zones
Categorize the kaizen received in SEQDCM metrics
Discuss about the completed Kaizens with Section Head
Update Individual kaizen tracking sheet
Circulate the kaizen tracker department wise to ensure 100% participation
Identify the best kaizen in consultation with Section Head
Sharing and Adoption of best kaizens
Crew Team Handling
Managing crew team for suggestion implementation and rectification of gemba abnormalities
Allocate work to crew team and esnure the loop is closed
3 Execute implementation activities of 5S Train operators & Staff on weekly basis
Prepare audit schedule and coordinate audit
Follow up on closing NCs of 5S Audit
Zone wise 5S score circulation and improve 5S on low scoring zones
Identify 5S improvements and implement the same
Shortlist the 5S best zone every quarter as per the TEI criteria
Coordinate for participation in External competition
Coordinate with External consultant for closure of action points
Implement 5S action points as per Road Map
4 Coordinate QCC Projects Quality Control Circle (QCC)
Prepare schedule for QCC Meeting
Facilitate team during the QCC Meeting
Ensure team attendence through record book
Review all the completed projects book
Review team for participating in Internal QCC Convention
Conduct QCC Internal convention
Stratify all the QCC under SEQDCM and cost related QC projects from accounts section
5 Conduct Internal competition Monthly Kaizen Koyoso ( Monthly Area Owner Program) as per plan
Coordinate for conducting Internal QCC Convention
Create new avenues for employee participation
