5+ years of product management experience in retail media, digital media, eCommerce, or marketing technology.
Strong understanding of omnichannel shopper behavior, media strategy, and path-to-purchase dynamics.
Experience with personalization, segmentation, and/or audience-building platforms.
Passion for building connected experiences that blend media, offers, and consumer behavior insights.
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics teams. Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in framing shopper journeys for internal stakeholders and clients.
Preferred Skills
Core product management skills including agile/scrum methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and product lifecycle management.
Experience working with or for grocery retailers, CPG brands, or loyalty platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as CDPs, DMPs, media orchestration platforms, and incentive management platforms.
Background in behavioral science, customer experience design, or CRM a plus.
