Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Technical Support Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The role includes addressing customer queries, offering technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will interact with clients to provide effective solutions and maintain a positive customer experience while adhering to company protocols and service standards.

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide assistance professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and managing complex customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Prior experience in a technical support or related role is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an team environment.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
