unpaqd.com is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist who will be the closer in our dynamic sales funnel. In this pivotal role, you will own the entire conversion process for inbound leads from diverse channels, serving as the expert voice that understands customer needs, presents tailored property options, and seals the deal. You will be the bridge between initial interest and confirmed bookings, directly driving revenue for our zero-commission homestay platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Understanding: Quickly assess inbound queries from travel agents, website forms, direct calls, and other sources to identify customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

Property Matching & Presentation: Curate and share the most relevant homestay, villa, or luxury stay options from our inventory, highlighting unique features, availability, and pricing to address specific needs.

Negotiation & Objection Handling: Guide customers through negotiations, resolve concerns, and emphasize the value of direct, zero-commission bookings.

Transaction Closing: Convert qualified leads into bookings by facilitating seamless payments, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure high success rates.

Multi-Channel Management: Handle leads across WhatsApp, calls, emails, and platform chats, maintaining quick response times to maximize conversions.

Upsell Opportunities: Identify chances to recommend premium add-ons like experiences or extended stays to increase booking value.

Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools to log interactions, analyze conversion trends, and refine approaches for better close rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to provide feedback on lead quality and improve the overall funnel.
