Job Description

We are looking for a B2B SaaS Inbound Sales Executive who will own inbound leads end-to-end from first conversation to deal closure. You'll engage with founders, operators, and decision-makers who already have interest in JoyzAI, understand their business problems, position the right solution, and ensure a smooth onboarding handoff.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driven role that sits at the intersection of sales, product understanding, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound leads via website, WhatsApp, demo requests, and referrals.
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business context and pain points.
  • Pitch JoyzAI's AI chatbot solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs.
  • Close deals and coordinate onboarding with the implementation team.
  • Maintain clean CRM updates and follow-up discipline.
  • Continuously improve pitch and objections handling based on real conversations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain products clearly to non-technical users.
  • Curiosity to learn SaaS, AI, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prior experience in inbound sales, SaaS sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus (not mandatory).
