We're looking for a proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to own and scale Deepvue's API Infra business vertical. You'll manage inbound leads(website callbacks/demos), close new customers, and grow recurring usage across APIs, including Identity/Business Verification, Credit Bureau, Employment Checks, Bank Statement Analyser, and more.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from website, LinkedIn, and partner referrals.
- Run quick demos and walkthroughs (Postman, dashboard, API Explorer).
- Convert sandbox users to paying customers and expand existing accounts.
- Upsell bundled APIs and track client usage for growth.
- Collaborate with Tech and Ops for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly revenue reports.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in API SaaS, BaaS, Open Banking, and similar industries.
- Excellent communicator - can simplify technical concepts.
- Hands-on with API Infra, Postman, Clay, and similar sales enablement tools.
- Organised, metric-driven, and fast on follow-ups.
- Well-versed with fintech infra, KYC, and developer-led growth.
