Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our Sales Process team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our customer support vertical, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to customer issues. Your role will also involve supporting inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products or services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services
