We are looking for skilled and customer-focused professionals to join an inbound customer support role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions efficiently, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
*Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers at all times
Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive service experience
Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer experience
*Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer conversations calmly and confidently
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset
