Job Description – Inbound Patient Calling Executive

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our US Healthcare Inbound Patient Calling team in Udaipur.

The role involves handling inbound calls from patients, understanding their queries, providing accurate information, assisting with appointments and healthcare-related requests, and maintaining a professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US patients professionally

• Assist patients with their queries and appointment-related requirements

• Provide accurate information and maintain proper call documentation

• Follow healthcare process guidelines and maintain confidentiality

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet process performance standards

Eligibility:

• Freshers with strong English communication skills can apply

• Candidates with US Healthcare / Patient Calling / Medical Billing experience are preferred

• Good verbal communication and active listening skills

• Willingness to work in a US healthcare process and rotational/night shifts, as applicable

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: Experienced – up to 50,000/month | Freshers – up to 25,000/month
