About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospects interested in our solutions. You'll engage with inbound leads from our website, campaigns, and events, qualify their needs, and create excellent first impressions that set the stage for successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from website inquiries, marketing campaigns, webinars, and other channels within 30-40 minutes during business hours.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and chat to understand their business needs and qualify their fit for our products/services.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently to make strong first impressions.
- Track and manage lead information accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members based on territory.
- Analyze lead performance to identify what's working and what needs improvement, sharing insights with marketing and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, customer service, support, or internships welcome).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product/service value propositions.
- Strong listening skills and customer-centric approach to understanding prospect needs.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new software tools quickly.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn about SaaS/technology products and sales processes.
