Job Description

Unified CX Solutions is looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle Inbound calls from existing Canadian customers.

  • Full-Time positions available
  • Shifts available between 4pm-10am IST
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required
  • Great, secure, premier office located in Goregaon West, Mumbai with lots of perks lounge, game room, onsite parking + much more
  • Mentoring and guidance from Canadian Management Team

Requirements

The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven.

  • Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
  • Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
  • Strong English communication and people skills written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time
  • Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry an asset
