Inbound Account Executive — SENTIO

Location: India (Remote)

Shift: US Eastern Time coverage

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based variable on target achievement. Negotiable for the right candidate.

About the Role

Sentio is hiring an Inbound Account Executive to own the inbound sales funnel end-to-end. You'll work directly with the CEO to qualify new prospects, run product demos, manage trials, negotiate, and close — for architecture, engineering, and construction firms and universities around the world that are exploring AR/VR/AI.

This is a full-cycle role with real ownership. You'll be guided closely in the early months, then expected to operate independently across your pipeline. You'll engage a global customer base spanning the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

We're an ISO 27001 certified SaaS company and an official Meta XR partner, working with some of the world's leading design and construction firms — names like KPF, BIG, Hensel Phelps, and Ralph Lauren — alongside leading universities across the US, Europe, and Asia.

What You'll Own

• Qualification and outreach to every inbound prospect — multi-channel across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

• Discovery and product demos over Google Meet — understanding design and construction workflows and showing how Sentio fits.

• Trial setup and activation — guiding prospects from a first demo into a hands-on trial that gets them to value quickly.

• Pricing conversations and negotiation — confidently handling commercial questions and objections in real time.

• Closing and contract handoff — moving qualified opportunities to signed deals.

• Customer success handoff — clean transition of new customers to the CS team for onboarding and renewal.

• Product and AI roadmap feedback — synthesizing demo insights, prospect questions, and lost-deal reasons into structured feedback that directly shapes the product roadmap and our AI strategy.

• CRM and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot — every lead, deal stage, and next step accurately tracked.

Tools You'll Use Daily

HubSpot (CRM, sequences, reporting), Intercom (live chat and lifecycle messaging), Claude and other state-of-the-art AI tools (drafting outreach, prospect research, call summaries, workflow automation) and Google Workspace.

What We're Looking For

2-5 of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership — qualification through close.

• Confident, articulate English communicator, comfortable on live calls with global prospects, including architects, BIM managers, IT directors, and design principals.

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets independently.

• Skilled at running product demos and handling technical and pricing objections in real time.

• Strong native fluency with AI tools (especially Claude) to draft outreach, research prospects, handle objections, and accelerate your own workflow.

• Comfortable with HubSpot, and disciplined about pipeline hygiene.

• Self-directed — you don't need daily check-ins to know what to do next.

• Set up for 100% remote work with reliable internet and a professional setup for video calls.

• Willing and able to work US Eastern Time hours.

Strongly Preferred

• Sales experience selling into the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM products (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC), SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.

• Background as an architect, designer, or BIM professional who has moved into sales.

• Experience selling to global customers across multiple time zones.
