Job Description
In-House Sales & Customer Support Executive
Informica Solutions is hiring 50 Sales Support Executives for one of its client which is a large Appliances manufacturing company with PAN India presence
Role Overview
The selected candidates will support Client's in-house sales activities at the designated stores and partner stores. Candidates will receive 10 days of training at the local corporate office before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support customers visiting the store and provide basic product information.
•
Assist the sales team in promoting products and improving customer engagement.
•
Coordinate with store staff and support day-to-day sales activities.
•
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
•
Complete the mandatory 10-day training program before store deployment.
Candidate Requirements
•
Good communication skills.
•
Fluency in the local language (Telugu or Bengali, depending on the assigned location) is mandatory.
•
Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
•
Comfortable working from stores or partner stores.
•
Interest in customer interaction and sales support.
Compensation
Gross salary: Approximately ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month, before statutory deductions such as PF and ESI.
Location
1.
Hyderabad and other locations across Telangana, based on deployment requirements.
2.
Kolkata and other locations across West Bengal, based on deployment requirements
