Job Description and Summary

GenAI Legacy Modernization + Agentic AI Transformation Manager 

Base Location: Bangalore 
Level: Manager (8 to 12 years of experience) 
Mobility Flexibility: Must be open to client travel for extended periods (6 to 8 months), with monthly fly-backs and stay costs covered by the company. 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to drive legacy modernization and Agentic AI transformation initiatives for GCC clients in the Financial Services sector. This role combines solution architecture, client engagement, delivery leadership, and pre-sales support. The candidate will help modernize legacy platforms and apply Agentic AI to redesign and automate banking processes, enabling business transformation and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities 

• Support and co-own the legacy modernization and Agentic AI proposition for Financial Services clients. 
  

• Engage client technology leaders, architects, and business stakeholders to showcase modernization methodologies, accelerators, and AI-led transformation approaches. 
  

• Lead Agentic AI-driven process transformation initiatives across payments, reconciliations, trade finance, treasury, finance, regulatory reporting, and customer operations. 
  

• Build and enhance GenAI-powered migration and transformation toolchains for legacy application modernization. 
  

• Design multi-agent AI architectures with governance, explainability, compliance controls, and human-in-the-loop capabilities. 
  

• Contribute to solutioning, proposals, business development, and pre-sales pursuits. 
  

• Mentor teams and support capability-building initiatives. 
  
  

Required Must-Have Skills 

• AI Engineering: Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. 
  

• Legacy Modernization: Experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, z/OS, legacy platforms, and migration/transformation approaches. 
  

• Agentic AI: Experience with multi-agent orchestration, planner-executor patterns, workflow automation, and AI-driven transformation. 
  

• Financial Services: Experience in core banking, payments, lending, treasury, financial ledgers, or banking operations modernization. 
  

• Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures. 
  

• Client Engagement: Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills. 
  
  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI. 
  

• Exposure to GCC operating models. 
  

• Knowledge of banking regulations, risk, and compliance. 
  

• Experience in cloud migration and digital transformation programs.
