Role OverviewPwC is looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) professional to join our expanding Supply Chain and Operations consulting practice. You will help global clients transform their supply chain planning capabilities, bridging strategy and digital execution. You will design, configure, and implement advanced planning solutions across demand, supply, response, inventory, and S&OP processes.
Responsibilities
Client Delivery: Lead the functional design, configuration, and testing of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply and Response, Inventory, or S&OP).
Process Transformation: Assess current client supply chain planning maturity and roadmap future-state capabilities aligned with business goals.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead design workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate standard SAP IBP capabilities.
Cross-functional Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and external non-SAP systems.
Project Management: Manage project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Business Development: Assist in proposal development, scoping, and value proposition creation for prospective clients.

Years of Experience required:
5 to 10+ years of overall consulting or industry experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience specifically in SAP IBP (multiple end-to-end implementations preferred).
Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand sensing/forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning heuristics/optimizer.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel-based UI, Web UI configuration, SAP IBP analytics, and CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services).
Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Education Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
