Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamicSenior Associatewith expertise inGuidewire - PolicyCenter (PC)to join our team. This is aFull-Time Employee (FTE)role with a hybrid work environment. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies within a collaborative and innovative team.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize theGuidewire PolicyCenterapplication to meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the overall design and development of Guidewire-based solutions.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Guidewire technologies and incorporate them into project solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Guidewire PC implementation and development.
Proven expertise inGuidewire - PolicyCenter(Configuration OR Integration)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in ahybridwork environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Guidewire Associate or Ace Certification is preferred
Preferred Sector Expertise
While sector expertise is not specified, experience ininsuranceor similar domains where Guidewire is widely used would be advantageous.
Work Environment
Type: Hybrid (Combination of remote and on-site work as per project requirements).
Engagement: Full-time (100% resource allocation).
