Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned -Finance Analyst -ARAVO

Responsibilities:

  • . Configure and customize the Aravo platform based on business requirements.

  • . Design and implement Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Supplier Lifecycle Management solutions.

  • . Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

  • . Develop workflows, forms, questionnaires, reports, dashboards, and business rules within Aravo.

  • . Integrate Aravo with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other internal systems.

  • . Perform data migration, validation, and system testing activities.

  • . Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing application support.

  • . Collaborate with stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, procurement teams, and IT teams.

  • . Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • . Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

Mandatory skill sets:

. 3+ years of experience working with the Aravo platform.

. Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes.

. Experience with Aravo configuration, workflows, questionnaires, and reporting.

. Knowledge of API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and data migration.

. Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

. Understanding of compliance frameworks, risk assessments, due diligence, and supplier onboarding processes.

. Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred skill sets:

. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement/risk platforms.

. Project implementation and stakeholder management experience.

. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

4 to 8 Years

Education qualification:

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/ Finance Degree

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of Engineering
