Role Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship management. The role involves connecting with schools, educational institutions, and potential partners to promote Kreedo's products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Explain Kreedo's products and services to potential customers and address their queries effectively.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to drive conversions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.
Update and maintain customer data, sales activities, and follow-up records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to support sales campaigns and lead generation activities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions based on their needs.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development
Ability to handle multiple client interactions effectively
Good presentation and relationship management skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Experience in Education or EdTech industry is preferred
