Responsibilities:
Job Description & Summary – Manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Engineering / MBA with 12+ years experience of sales and delivery, or Consulting , of digital solutions for Manufacturing organizations in their core functional areas (operations planning and scheduling, operations execution, maintenance, quality, Supply Chain and logistics)
- Strong understanding of data related problems, and their business value, for different functional processes across manufacturing
- Familiarity with manufacturing best practices such as LEAN/ 6-sigma / CpK / FMEA / PM-PdM / RCM.
- Functional and technical understanding of solutions related to Data and Analytics platforms and architecture - especially on cloud hyperscalers, IOT and Automation platforms
- Good understanding of diagnostic and predictive (artificial intelligence) analytics use cases for the manufacturing functional area
- Background of industrial automation, OT, IIoT, MES, PLM/CAD, SAP (PP,PM,QM) and understanding of their data schema and analysis is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Services project management skills with stakeholder management.. Previous experience of IT products/services sales in the India market is valuable.
Job Description:
Consultant / Manager to deliver manufacturing advanced analytics projects in the domestic market
Qualifications:
- Engineering with 5+ years experience of Consulting / operations , with delivery of digital solutions for manufacturing and related functional areas (Operations planning, scheduling and monitoring, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and logistics)
- Experience of projects should cover one or more of Industrial Automation data collection and analysis, Industrial IoT / MES KPI dashboards, Advanced statistical analysis and/or ML modeling for maintenance and quality domains,
- Analytics application development experience using open-source (with Python Flask and Angular). Integrations to SCADA, DCS, MES, SAP (PP, PM, QM)
- Graphing and dashboarding skills on open-source tools such as Chart.js, Highcharts, D3.js, - for shopfloor graphics. Integration with enterprise dashboarding platforms such as PowerBI/Qlik.
- Exposure to deployment on / integration with leading cloud platforms from Azure, AWS, GCP, Honeywell, Rockwell, Siemens, ABB is desirable
- Familiarity with manufacturing best practices such as LEAN/ 6-sigma / CpK / FMEA / PM-PdM is a bonus.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of solutions related to data and Analytics platforms and architecture used for manufacturing solutions.
