Job Description & Summary   

will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of CLM solutions for our customers. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the successful deployment of CLM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, contract management, Source to Pay /Lead to Cash transformation, and software implementation  

Experience: 9 to 11 years experience in implementing Source to Pay or Contract Management technologies 

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Delhi and Bangalore 

Responsibilities  

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits  
  

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs  
  

• Showcase product/solution concepts & offerings via presentations, demos and effective documentation  
  

• Knowhow of the different CLM technologies in the market to share perspectives with the client  
  

• Demonstrated experience in creating business case, industry specific decks, conducting client demos and support with proposal creation  
  
  

• Lead and manage CLM implementation projects from initiation to completion.  
  

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.  
  

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.  
  
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process.  
  

• Conduct regular status meetings with customers to provide updates and address any concerns.  
  

• Ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and met throughout the project.  
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.  
  

• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.  
  

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.  
  
  

• Oversee the configuration and customization of CLM software to meet customer needs.  
  

• Ensure data migration and integration with existing systems are performed accurately.  
  

• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers.  
  
  

• Implement best practices and standards for CLM implementations.  
  

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the solution meets customer expectations.  
  

• Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project quality.  
  
  

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.  
  

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.  
  

• Prepare post-implementation reports and conduct project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
