Job Description

  • Implementation of ITSM workspaces
  • Creation and management of Service Request Items (SRIs), Knowledge Base (KB) articles
  • Creation ofall necessary artifacts to support Catalog development andintegration, including design diagrams, knowledge articles, test scripts, and details of any roles or rules used by the integration.
  • Documentation: Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation including integration and API consumption guides, development guidelines, and standards specific to implementing integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to Idea, Demand and Project form modifications and automations
  • Exposure to policy implementation, policy exceptions, issue & risk
  • Knowledge Article and Reporting Module
  • JavaScript(in context of ServiceNow)
  • In-depth knowledge ofscriptincludes,Client Scripts and Business rules
  • Exposure to scheduled Job, scheduled reports,TransformScript
  • Knowledge of notification set-up, Inbound email actions
  • Complex catalog items and record producers
  • Workflow and Flow Designer configuration
  • REST and SOAP Method Integration - Inbound and Outbound Integration setup with 3rd party application using SNOW API
  • Good Knowledge of CMDB andService Catalog: Business Application, Business Service, Application Service, Business Capabilityand CI Relationship
  • Debugging ofdifferenttypesofClientScript, Script Include and Business Rules, Script Action.
  • Process Automation

Candidates must havevery strongknowledge in ServiceNow development –ITSM Modules,Rest API integrations.



Responsibilities:

- Knowledge Transfer: Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to platform support teams, ensuring an effective transition to operations for ongoing support ofintegrations.

- Documentation: Create andmaintaincomprehensive documentation including integration and API consumption guides, development guidelines, and standards specific to implementing integrations with ServiceNow in the PwC environment.



Qualifications:

- Proven experience in developing and managing Service Catalog items and platform integration services.

-Proficiencyin creating detailed technical documentation and transition artifacts.

- Experience in conducting knowledge transfer sessions.

Mandatory skill sets:
