At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
.JD:
SAP SD professionals design, implement and deploy SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distributionrelativeto Pricing and billing and Customer Servicecomponent.
.Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provideappropriate systemsolutionsidentify, interpret,validateand document customer requirements
.Facilitateworkshops to collect business requirements
. Map client business requirements,processesandobjectivesdevelopsnecessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
. Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
.Identifygaps,issuesand work around solutions.
. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate,analyze, and solve software problems.
. Handle changes or emergencytransportsas needed forhigh priorityissues.
. Document functional designs, testcasesand results.
. Proactivelyidentifyand propose business process and/or system enhancements
. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
. Provide ad-hoc training and user support asrequired
. Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
.Mandatory skill sets
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring SD modules.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset
Understanding of accounting business processes
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Must be results oriented, anddemonstrateacan-doattitude-adaptability,flexibilityand resourcefulness
