Job Description PwC India is looking for experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultants to join our SAP Consulting practice. You will work on SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, support, and transformation projects for leading clients across industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP PM processes including Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Task Lists, and Maintenance Planning.

  • Gather business requirements and design SAP PM solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, EAM, QM, PP, FICO, and ABAP.

  • Support testing, go-live, hypercare, and end-user training.

  • Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.

  • Lead client discussions and mentor team members based on role and experience.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • 2-15 years of relevant SAP PM consulting experience.

  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

  • Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support project.

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • SAP PM certification and industry domain experience are an added advantage.
