Job Description & Summary: A Career with in ..........................

Responsibilities:

  • SAP HCM Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

  • System Configuration: Customize and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements.

  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO and SuccessFactors.

  • User Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system upgrades or patches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge ofSAP HCM modules(PA, OM, TM, Payroll).

  • Hands-on experience withSAP SuccessFactorsis a plus.

  • Proficiency inHR business processesand compliance requirements.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP HCM consulting or implementation experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field SAP certification preferred.
