Responsibilities:
Role Summary
Position: SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant / Developer
Core Focus: Managing the mediation layer (powered byDigital Route/ Mediation Zone) to turn raw external usage data into trusted billable events.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Design: Build and support mediation workflows for data collection, validation, enrichment, transformation, and routing.
Agent Configuration: Configure and maintain collection, processing, and forwarding agents within the CM tool.
System Integration: Connect SAP CM with source systems, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), SOM, FI-CA, and SAP S/4HANA.
Troubleshooting: Monitor data flows, fix revenue leakages, optimize processing performance, and perform basic debugging.
