Responsibilities:

• SAP ABAP Implementation: Lead and contribute to ABAP implementation projects, focusing on RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects:
• Reports (ALV / Classical), Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots, BTE), Forms (SAPScript / Smartforms/Adobe Forms).
• Object-Oriented ABAP, Workflow, Data Dictionary Objects, Search Helps.
• Expertise in one of the niche technologies within ABAP, such as Web Dynpro, Workflow, MDG, C4C, OData, etc.
• Experience with SAP HANA technologies such as CDS Views, AMDPs, and UI5 Technology is desirable.
• Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering: Work with clients to map their business requirements, processes, and objectives. Develop necessary modifications to meet client needs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and address client requirements from both a technical and business perspective. Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Independent Delivery: Ensure delivery of ABAP objects independently and perform peer reviews to maintain the quality of code and solutions.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming): Strong hands-on experience with ABAP development, including RICEF objects, object-oriented programming, and enhancements.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• SAP HANA: Experience with SAP HANA, including CDS Views and AMDPs.
• UI5 Technology: Experience with UI5 (SAP's user interface framework) is a plus.
• Niche ABAP Technologies: Expertise in areas like Web Dynpro, Workflow, MDG, C4C, or OData.

Years of Experience Required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on implementation projects.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Master of Engineering (M.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

Required Skills:

• SAP ABAP Development: Strong command of ABAP programming and understanding of key SAP development concepts.
• SAP Implementation: Ability to contribute to SAP implementation projects with a focus on delivering quality SAP ABAP solutions.
• Problem Solving: Capability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
