Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce FSL 

Responsibilities: 


 


  • Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business needs. 
  • Customize FSL features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling rules. 
  • Integrate FSL with systems like SAP or Boomi to enable seamless data flow. 
  • Write and maintain Apex classes and test classes, ensuring high code quality. 
  • Handle data migrations between systems with efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Document and execute unit tests for developed functionalities. 
  • Optimize field service processes using FSL capabilities, improving overall efficiency. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows. 
  • Solid experience working with FSL-specific features like the Dispatcher Console and Mobile App. 
  • Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and handling offline capabilities in FSL. 
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Preferred skill sets: 

 
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (highly preferred). 
  • Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I are advantageous.

      4 to 8 Years

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech
