Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SalesforceCRMA
Responsibilities:
. Develop and maintain CRM Analytics components including Recipes, Dataflows, Datasets, Lenses, Dashboards, and Apps.
. Build advanced analytical solutions using SAQL, CRM Analytics SQL, and Dashboard JSON.
. Design data models, transformations, aggregations, and incremental data load processes.
. Create and operationalize Einstein Discovery predictive models and prediction write-backs.
. Integrate CRM Analytics with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources.
. Optimize dashboard and dataset performance through tuning and best practices.
. Implement security, sharing, row-level access controls, and governance policies.
. Support deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, Metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Mandatory skill sets:
. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
. Expertise in Recipes, Dataflows, Datasets, Dashboards, Lenses, Apps, SAQL, and Dashboard JSON.
. Strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, and analytics experience.
. Experience with Einstein Discovery and predictive analytics.
. Knowledge of Snowflake integrations, REST APIs, and external data connectors.
. Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
. Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and CI/CD processes.
. Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred skill sets:
. Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification.
. Experience delivering large-scale analytics implementations.
. Experience working in enterprise reporting and business intelligence environments.
